The Collaborative connects Jewish adults in their 20's and 30's to the Philadelphia Jewish community through social, educational, and cultural events.
The Renaissance Group is an eclectic, passionate group of Jewish men and women between the ages of 25-45 who are connecting to make a real difference in the community through volunteerism and fundraising.
The Chevra is a group for Jewish professionals in their 20s & 30s that provides a unique blend of social, cultural, educational, spiritual, and volunteer experiences.
4105 West Philadelphia Orthodox Community maintains a website and listserv to connect Jewish graduate students and young professionals to each other.
RELIGIOUS AND SPIRITUAL COMMUNITIES
Kol Tzedek is a Reconstructionist Synagogue in West Philly committed to creating a diverse and inclusive community. We cultivate the opportunity for people to experience Judaism through prayer, education, spirituality, and Jewish activism. We are dedicated to community building and tikkun olam, both within and beyond our local neighborhood.
Minyan Merkaz is an independent, egalitarian minyan committed to spirited traditional prayer. Merkaz meets in Center City approximately once a month.
20sand30s@bzbi sponsors social, religious, and educational programs for young singles and couples. Shabbat dinners, social activities, dynamic worship services, social action projects, Saturday night Melava Malka all make BZBI the place to be for our twenties and thirties set. Singles, couples, and marrieds together enjoy a sense of Jewish community in Center City.
The Congregation Rodeph Shalom's Young Friends invites individuals and couples under the age of 40 to gather for religious, study, and social opportunities. On the last Friday night of every month, we host Finally Friday, the 6:00pm Shabbat service that is designed to engage young adults with its warm, participatory style. There are also events throughout the year.
Society Hill Synagogue is a vibrant, egalitarian congregation, welcoming people of all backgrounds and approaches to Judaism. We serve the religious, educational, cultural and social needs of the Jewish community in Center City Philadelphia and its environs. Our religious services are based on the Conservative liturgy. From our preschool and Hebrew school to our adult education programs, we provide exciting opportunities for lifelong learning and spiritual growth.
