Join us for our next salon, where we discuss thought-provoking articles from Guilt and Pleasure Magazine. Philly's officially on the map for hosting our own version of this nationwide, cross-cultural, forward-thinking movement that is "making Jews talk more!"

This month, we're being hosted at the National Museum of American Jewish History in order to discuss their current exhibit, "Shaping Space, Making Meaning," that opens up
conversation about the current state of the Jewish community in America.

Click here for the article we'll also be discussing, "A Stereotype with Muscle: Annotations on the idea of the weak Jew."

Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, begins at sundown, providing us with an emotional and historical backdrop to our discussion on current issues of Jewish identity.

Our discussion will be facilitated by Beth Lawson, Ph.D. candidate at in religion at Temple University, whose research focuses on modern American Jewish identity.

Refreshments will be served.
